When Donney presented S.H.I.F.T., I connected with I - "Influence". The way Donney explained influence made me want to be a leader, and a better one. His passion made me seek out more information after his time with us, he was inspiring. Donney's passion makes what he teaches important to everyone. His charisma makes his session riveting, and you just want him to keep talking after his time is up, and how many people can you say that for? Wonderful man, wonderful experience!

I connect with H - "Hungry for More". If I am hungry for more it means I have the will and passion to keep getting up every morning and staying up late into the evening to get what I need. Donney is an amazing S.H.I.F.T. change agent and will blow your mind with how he teaches and connects with audiences! Pay attention to not only what he says, but how he says it. Implement it and you will go far!

On behalf of Provo Canyon School, we would like to express our gratitude for Donney's presentation "Courage to Stand Tall." Given that our adolescent population has been exposed to many of the social problems shared in his presentation, our students were able to connect and apply Donney's message to their current life situation. Donney's charisma, personal anecdotes and life experiences encouraged our students to make the necessary changes to better their future and have the courage to be different. Our campus is already experiencing change and positivity thanks to his message. It was an honor to host Donney and we look forward to future presentations to help youth at risk.

I connected to the T- "Teamwork" principle in the S.H.I.FT. method Donney presented to our group. With all team members giving their input for the success of the team, and working together, giving support through the good times and the tough times.

I have been associated with Donney Salazar for nearly 10 years and it has been my pleasure to hear him speak on numerous occasions. He connects very well with all age groups; his story inspires young people to reach for more within themselves than they may have ever thought possible. His message also motivates adults to live each day with purpose; becoming champions for good in the lives of others. Donney speaks with a passion and a realness that resonates with listeners, inspiring them to become doers of good. I continue to have him share his remarkable story of hope and transformation with as many people as possible. His style is engaging, humorous and sincere all at once.

Donney is a very humble successful individual and good at what he does. He cares about people and genuinely wants them to succeed and can help you do the same! They all were very important to me but if I had to choose one I guess I would choose hungry for more. Anytime anyone is hungry for more that passion and desire produces productivity that always leads to success.

After going through some challenging times, and some staff changes in my physical therapy clinic, we were in need of improving the motivation and culture in my staff. We were not as productive as we needed to be, and really weren't working as a team. I invited Donney to come do a presentation to my staff on his Courage to Shift principles, and it was just what we needed. The experiences he shared and the examples of how to shift our mindset to change our situation was helpful for all of us. We were able to make changes in our procedures to be more efficient and be more in line with our goals, but I think my employees were also affected to make changes in their own lives. One of the biggest benefits was helping me to make a shift in my mindset to allow me to make bigger changes in my clinic, including letting employees go who weren't willing to make that same shift, as well as shifting my practice in a direction more in line with my personal and professional goals. Overall a great experience and I will definitely have him back to talk to new employees and staff in the future to help them to also shift their work and personal lives.
